It’s often useful to keep an eye on what’s trending on Twitter but in the latest versions of the iPhone Twitter App it’s not immediately obvious where to find what’s trending.

It’s actually really simple when you know.

When you go into the Twitter App, you can scroll through your Twitter feed.

Step 1: At the bottom of the iPhone screen you will see the little Magnifying Glass icon, just tap on this. It’s easily missed as you can think this is just for searching Twitter.

Step 2: After pressing the magnifying glass you see the “For you” page by default. At the top right you will see there is an option for Trending, just tap this:

You can now scroll through what’s currently trending on Twitter.

How do you get Twitter on an iPhone?

On your iPhone look for the Apple App Store Icon. From within the Apple App Store you can search for Twitter and then press install. This will download Twitter onto your iPhone. When it has completed you will have the Twitter icon on your phone. You can then find this and click on it to open Twitter. If you haven’t used Twitter before you will need to register for a free account.
